Friendly interview with a board of people (3 or so). Although the company HR is slow, they always maintain a high-degree of professionalism. No formal form of contact to check up on hiring process or follow up. After the interview, the board gave me a tour of the facility.

Interview was very casual and as conversational as inquisitive. After interviewing, the interviewer said I was a good fit for the position, but they had an opening that he believed I'd be an even better fit for. I was more interested in the new opportunity mentioned so he passed my information along to the hiring manager in that department. In the midst of setting up another interview the communication on their end went dead. After attempting to contact the hiring manager several times, I never heard anything back.

The interview process was very long. Patience is important. The online job management was helpful. It is very by the book in terms of the hiring process. I found that applying to every position I was qualified for helped. I sent in 22 applications and received 2 interviews and got and offer
