Interview
Sumbitted resume in November and got a call from HR in February to schedule a phone interview with Hiring Manager. Phone interview was consisted of a couple of questions. 1- walk me through your resume and what you have done since your last position. 2- What did my work day look like in my previous position as a Manufacturing Engineer. 3- Do I have any questions for the interviewers? The entire interview only lasted 15 minutes. Awaiting a decision on a face to face interview.

I was more interested in the new opportunity mentioned so he passed my information along to the hiring manager in that department. In the midst of setting up another interview the communication on their end went dead. After attempting to contact the hiring manager several times, I never heard anything back.

Interview
The interview process was very long. Patience is important. The online job management was helpful. It is very by the book in terms of the hiring process. I found that applying to every position I was qualified for helped. I sent in 22 applications and received 2 interviews and got and offer
