Interview
I applied via the companies employment website and database, I was initially denied by Human Resources (HR), stating that I was not qualified for the position. I later learned from the Hiring Manager that they contacted HR regarding applicant pool due to them receiving low numbers in applicants, they wanted to verify the total number of potential candidates that applied. The Hiring Manager obtained my resume and contacted me on their own accord; I had a telephone interview and was invited to an in-person interview with them aftewards.

Question 1
I did not find any questions difficult, the only unexpected question was if I truly desired the position; they felt I was very reserved and wanted to clarify that I was truly interested in attaining the position after I learned the detailed specifics of what my duties and role would be with the department and the company as a whole.
Interviewer described long hours, fast paced and high pressure environment. Wanted to make sure I had experience presenting to executives. At least he was honest
Questions ranged from experience with manufacturing processes to engineering design familiarity and material properties

Interview
Got an email that my resume was forwarded to the hiring manager, then received a short phone call screening to set up an in-person interview. Interviewed with 3 managers about a week after setting up the in-person interview and received an offer later that evening. Very communicative during the process which is a huge plus in today's economy when applying to jobs.

They will ask typical logistics/inventory related questions using the STAR method and will ask how you handled certain logistics situations in the past.
Miles was very helpful with reminders of when the interview was and explaining where my application was in the process of getting hired. Recruiter was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! Explained the benefits and what to expect for the job.
