1 call to set up interview. 1 ten minute phone interview. Dry and rote interviewer. Immediate rejection after interview. Really disheartening and I'm struggling to fill this field because it was such an empty process that did not seem like it was intended to do more than keep HR in a job.

The interview seemed very rushed. At first, the prospect of consulting musicians and gear nerds alike sounded like a promising gig, before a week into training I realized that this was a fishing line to get more bodies to dial out and sell for them. It’s a double edged sword of a job where you have to put on your salesman hat dialing out, while also being a corporate punching bag for customers on inbound calls. That was nowhere mentioned in the interview process.
