Slow and very unprofessional. Interviewed in groups of 5+ in small room. Interviewer didn't look up at us at all, just felt like he wanted to get it over with. I applied online and didn't get a response till weeks later. I still think guitar center is the best way to go for musician but their interview process was horrible.
Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.
Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed

Felt like I was being interrogated or discriminated against, as if this were an important career. Dude, you hire high school students. Give me a break. Avoid applying to guitar center.
