The interview was quite colloquial. Questions were related to the type of work and experience. They focused more in describe what are the operations associate duties and they asked you questions about. Most of them your answer is based on your availability and interest of doing that kind of job.

The group interview was very comfortable and relaxed, followed by one on one interviews with the manager.
Got an email a few days later with an offer, very easy and smooth process, started a week later.

Very straightforward, simple interview. Went over qualifications, what I wanted out of the job, and availability. Manager was cordial but very laid back. Got a call 5 minutes afterwards offering me the gig.
