Interview
A relatively easy interview, because I was interviewing for an intern position. Had a plant tour and a short interview with the HR. Then, another interview with the hiring manager which involved just the basic manufacturing concepts. Finally, another interview with another manager. Got an offer on the same day I had the interview.

Interview
Was part of 12 applications selected from 40 to interview for 6 summer internship positions. The interviewing process consisted of 9 20-30 minute 1:1 interviews with different individuals from the organization. Every interview was different where as some would ask you case studies and others would have a casual conversation.
