Interview
The process of applying and interviewing can take quite a while. It took two to three months before interviewing and another couple of months before being hired. The interview process consisted of questions being asked by the Principal. It also takes time to fill out all of the paperwork involved in the hiring process.

Interview
I sat down with department chair, principal and assistant principal. We discussed my educational background and previous work experience. Then we discussed how to handle different scenarios in the classroom.
