I thought Guidepoint's interview was relatively easy. I had interviewed for their direct competitor and theirs was a very difficult interview process.
I met with a university representative at a career fair, then was invited to interview with Guidepoint's teams. The interview is virtual and you meet with about 8 - 10 people across the company.

awesome! very quick and easy, make sure you know about the role and the responsibilities within the role. great opportunity to meet different teams and see how they function, also great opportunity to see the different leaders and the qualities that helped them succeed
One screening call, and one session with three to four interviews with fellow project managers, team leads, and the head of the office, and then a take home assignment, and a call to discuss this assignment.

What is an example of a challenging project you handled and how did you tackle it?
phone meeting with HR, then meeting with team members and case study. The case study involves researching industries and finding experts. Make sure you have a decent understanding of what the company does.
