I applied online and a week later I got an invitation for the first interview.It was a 30-minute phone interview,where basically I should introduce myself an talk about the role and the company.The next stage was a 3 hour interview with the head of the office.There was a mock case study given,for which you had 80 minutes to answer,and then there was the interview where the mock was discussed,along with behavioral questions and a mock call.
