CV screening which led to a telephone interview and then face-to-face interview (with two different teams). Overall it was a horrible experience. Absolutely grilled me for no reason. One of the people in the pannel laughed at me for not knowing what I completely want to do with my life. As a graduate you are told to always be open about what you first do. It's as if they were just looking to be critical. Wouldn't want to work there if I was given the choice. Not the type of people you want to be working with.
