I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
2 rounds of interviewing: 1 phone interview and 1 long in-person interview to assess qualifications. The in-person interview was to get a sense of how you would fit into different teams at the company. It was stressful but worth it to get a feel. I really enjoyed the fast-paced environment and passion of the current employees.
awesome! very quick and easy, make sure you know about the role and the responsibilities within the role. great opportunity to meet different teams and see how they function, also great opportunity to see the different leaders and the qualities that helped them succeed
One screening call, and one session with three to four interviews with fellow project managers, team leads, and the head of the office, and then a take home assignment, and a call to discuss this assignment.
