I applied to Guidepoint online and got a telephone interview ten days later. The interview was fairly straight forward: firstly, they asked about my CV things I had put on my CV; they then asked why I wanted to work and Guidepoint and why I wanted to be a Research Analyst. After that they told me what it was like to work at the company. A week later they scheduled a face to face interview.
I thought the initial call went well and then they never contacted me again. Very unprofessional of them in my opinion, at least reject me rather than ghosting me. It sounded like a cool job too.
