Interview
I saw varying responses to the interview process for different levels at Guidehouse roles on Glassdoor so hopefully this helps. For the Senior Consultant role, I had a total of 3 interviews (Technical Panel w/2 interviewers, Behavioral w/Hiring Manager, and finally a Culture Fit interview w/the practice lead). The panel interview didn't require a case study/problem it was more informal and talked about my work experience. The other two interviews are straightforward. Regarding HR (Recruiter), you honestly have to be on top of them, Most of my emails were ignored and rather than my questions being answered by the recruiter it was actually the scheduling coordinator who answered my questions promptly in retrospect to the interview process and tips.

Can you explain the SDLC lifecycle, how have you managed junior resources, explain a time when you had difficult stakeholders how would you go about dealing with the issue.
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected

The interview process was a seamless and well-organized experience, creating a sense of confidence and clarity from the very beginning. Each stage flowed naturally into the next, with prompt communication and clear expectations at every step. Unlike experiences I have had with other companies, where I was often left waiting without updates or uncertain about the next steps, this process was thoughtfully structured and considerate of my time. From the initial application to the final round of interviews, I always knew where I stood and felt respected as a candidate.
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
