Interview
Hired from my resume. Interview was just a face to face review of expectations. Some skills areas where addressed however not as important for the position. Expected to pick up and learn quickly. Product development was very detailed and the interview was used to assess the capability to perform within time constraints.
On-site interview. Round table style with questions from senior level management. Each took turns asking about your personal achievements, professional achievements, and knowledge about the company. After interviews, Gryphon contacted about 1-2 weeks later.
