Standard. Asking the usual stuff about who you are, motivation, etc. No technical questions in the first interview, but an overall vibe check. The recruiter was very friendly and easy to talk to

Growth tribe is one of my top companies to work with. So describing the following incident feels disappointing.
I applied through LinkedIN and received an email for a first phone interview. I picked a slot and 1 hour before the interview, the interviewer messaged me that has fallen sick and we needed to reschedule. This is totally fine I wished her well and rescheduled for next week.
The new day of the interview came, I was waiting for my phone to ring, but it never did! I couldn't believe that I had been ghosted in an interview. I messaged her on LI and sent an email waiting for a response. I then assumed that something might have happened and she was still out sick. We are human after all. I then decided to message the direct manager of the role, explaining the situation and asking if she was okay. And guess what, he never responded! At least 2 days later I haven't received anything.
I am still leaving a % that something might have happened, in any case, this was my experience with Growth Tribe.
