I experienced a very streamlined and professional interview process. The Director of People Ops (amazing attitude & positive energy) reached out to me to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. During our initial call, the hiring manager for the role was extremely thorough covering all bases, asking initial questions as well as answering my questions. From the conversation it was apparent that Growth Pilots really have a firm grasp on acquisition marketing. They also run campaigns across all major social and search platforms so imagine it's an excellent opportunity to explore various channels and manage campaigns at scale. The next step was a video interview which I never had the opportunity to experience because I received another offer. The video interview was scheduled to include an assessment with Microsoft Excel.
