I had a campus interview. The interview process had 4 stages. First was HR round then Guesstimate round and then Management Round (with Project Head) and last round with CEO of the company.
It was very structured process. Everyone in panel was nice to talk to and they help you if you get stuck at some point. They do want you to shine in the interview. So, come prepared.. Best of Luck.

Interview
First, we had our online aptitude test which was pretty intense, we had to do 30 ques in 30 mins. Then was the group discussion which again I cleared. Then without any prior notice, they conducted PI just after the GD. I was not well prepared for that so couldn't clear it, but I think they should have told us before of the PI.
