Moved fast, was clear what the next step was. First round with recruiter, then hiring manager, then technical screen (simple SQL), then 2 rounds with a peer and then director of bizops
I applied online, and got an invite for an introduction recruiter call shortly after. Interviewer just asked questions about background, why Grow and then sent me to next round for TestGorilla assessment. TestGorilla was SQL questions under time limit (medium/hard difficulty)
