The interview process was well organized and with great people. Introductory interview was with recruiter who was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I then had two more separate interviews with the team lead and then the hiring manager. The interviews were efficient and relevant to my role; it was a nice back and forth rapport, all my questions were answers throughout. Everyone I encountered was kind, welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to work at Grow, which made me more comfortable about excepting their final offer. Overall I had a great experience!
