Applied online, was invited to interview the next week. The first interview went well, was asked to do a lengthy non paid take home assessment. I put a lot of effort and time into the assessment and submitted it before the 48 hour requirement. I emailed for a follow up the next week and was told to await an update at the end of the week. On Monday morning of the following week I was sent a generic rejection email from a no-reply email. I emailed back through the original interview invite correspondence asking for feedback regarding my assessment and was completely ignored. Like most of these interview reviews, I had a negative overall experience. I don't think it's appropriate to send a generic no-reply rejection when you're already a couple steps into the process. After my interview experience as well as many others, I genuinely think Grow Therapy doesn't care about creating a good candidate experience.

Screener showed up late (about 8 mins over scheduled time), but I gave it a pass because I know how busy it can get, but there was not care from their end. They spoke really fast reading off a script on the company and reading the JD bullet points. After that quick summary, they asked me to tell them about myself - during this they seemed very uninterested and unengaging, They asked no other questions and tell me that my experience matches the JD and what they're looking for. They were very short when I asked any questions, I had a feeling they were just trying to end the call quickly (keep in mind the whole call was 15 mins, and less since they were late).... They even alluded to look out for their update by the end of the week, but they rejected my app with less than 24 hours sending the generic thanks but no thanks email. Please don't lie to your candidates that they "match your JD and needs" if you're going to disposition.
