Interview
The interview process was very smooth. They contacted me within 1-2 weeks after submitted my application and conducted a phone interview. After the phone interview I was then invited to a second interview over zoom.

Can you describe a time you contributed to the team?
Very quick. Not difficult. You can usually. I worked for this company for three years. It's very hard to move from the front line (meaning the branch) to the back office. They usually get back to you when they say they will. It's not a hard interview process.

Interview
It was very quick and easy. It didn't leave you anxious and unsure. You are going to have to take 3 test for comprehension based on basic math and reading. Pretty upfront.
