The interview process was rigorous and challenging, but exceptionally well-managed. I appreciated the transparency regarding the role's expectations and the company’s current direction. Every interviewer was professional, honest, and candid, which made the difficult technical discussions feel like a collaborative deep dive rather than an interrogation. It’s rare to find a process that is both demanding and deeply respectful of the candidate’s time and experience.

Interview
It was relatively easy, but super fast. Between my first interview with the recruiter to my final/fourth interview and job offer, the process was only two weeks long, which I was grateful for. I cannot say that's how it was across all departments, but that was my experience.

Question 1
They asked how comfortable I was using AI for the position and what my experience with AI previously had been.

Interview
The interview process was quite long, starting with meeting with the Talent Acquisition Lead in mid-September and ending with final leadership interviews in mid-October. Throughout that time, I met with seven (7) team members, including speaking with the Hiring Manager twice. Throughout the process, Talent Acquisition was communicative and as transparent as possible. During longer lull gaps, communication was slightly more reserved but I never felt like I was ghosted. I finally received an offer mid-November and I accepted after some negotiation.
