I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GroundTruth
Interview
First round was with HR and second round was with a program manager. He asked few general questions about my current and previous experiences. After few days, recruiter contacted me and scheduled a technical screening. It's a 45 minutes skype call with a coding test.
The interviewer is a junior resource. Initially she asked about my background and gave me two coding test. I completed coding for the first one, and for the second she just asked the logic.
Also she asked, few core java question. I answered all of them. I don't know why I didn't get selected for the next step even though i answered all the questions. It's really a waste of time. I think they conduct interviews to pass time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GroundTruth (Mountain View, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
There were two rounds of phone screen (second one is a skype interview) followed by onsite. If you are not based in the bay area, I believe the onsite is conducted via skype too. The whole process was handled efficiently. Interviews and feedback were prompt. Recruiter was top notch and willing to work with the candidate. One time I had to reschedule my phone screen and they did it with no issues. Nice perks and good benefit package.
