I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grosvenor Systems in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process at Grosvenor Systems was actually really good. It had around three stages. Everything moved quite quickly and the whole process took less than a month. The team was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. I really appreciated that they even shared a few of the questions beforehand so I could prepare properly, which helped me feel more confident. Overall, the process was smooth, fair, and well-organised.

Interview
The interview process with Grosvenor was excellent, throughout. The culture of my next venture is extremely important to me, and the Grosvenor team's focus on this too was palpable - they were unified, intelligent, engaged, and truly caring - while knowing who they'd like to join their team to take their growth ambitions the next stage.

Question 1
When have you been behind target, and how/when you'd identified this, and what you did to turn it around?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grosvenor Systems (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
A two-person interview panel with the Business Transformation Manager and the Group HR Business Partner following the completion of a task to improve the company's Glassdoor profile presented on a one-page document or deck.
Generic rejection email stating "we have identified candidates whose profiles more closely match the specific requirements of the position at this time" which is a shame as a day's work was put into the deck required beforehand and it was on the topic of improving Glassdoor reviews.
Scheduling was done via email which didn't have up-to-date availability - there is an opportunity to use technology such as Calendly for a smoother experience.
I am happy not to have gotten the role as I don't believe it was the right fit - it was clear that employees were working beyond 7-8pm and it was also highlighted that a similar commitment is required in order to excel in the company. There is an opportunity to look at improving work-life balance.
I hope my feedback is helpful and that you can use it to improve People operations at Grosvenor Systems :)
