Interview
You will have 5 individual interviews one hour each with a senior accountant, two partners, a manager, and a supervisor, in addition two staff accountants will take you to lunch to see if they like you. There is also a basic accounting knowledge skills test where you will have to perform journal entries and answer accounting questions.

Applied online, was reached out to by HR. Phone interview followed by in person interview with partner, manager and staff accountant. They then followed up by reaching out to a list of references. Then there was a long pause in the communication.
