you can literally find it in the first few results when you google, 'good retailer employer to employee questions'. they just want to see how you handle the interview process, as in, can you talk? are you having an anxiety attack from the result of unbelievable nervousness (they love talking crap about how nervous you are)

The questions were easy and the managers and owner are very nice throughout the interview process and training was very clear! I also got the job right after the first interview!

One phone interview, very simple, was asked basic questions, definitely achievable for a recent high school graduate. I can't quite remember but I think I was called in for a second interview which was really just to confirm my interest

It was easy not difficult. Most were customer service based questions. Had me filling out an application in the beginning. The job itself require cleaning most times and cash handling experience.
