The process was about one month. I had two phone interviews and two in person interviews. The in person interviews were more of a tour of the store and they didn't really ask any questions. They decided to go with a candidate who was already with the company. I felt they wasted my time because they had already knew they were going to hire someone within the company and strung me along for a month.
