Nonexistent - they just wanted to get me in the door as this place is a revolving door and are in constant need of bodies filling seats to throw things on the wall to hope they stick.

Interview
The interview process at Grizzly was extremely well defined and each step was mapped out. I knew exactly what to expect and how to prepare. There was great communication throughout from their recruiting staff in the beginning, however after a couple interviews I was ghosted. Despite a few attempts to reach out, I heard absolutely nothing back.
