The on call interview process was 30-40 minute long and it clearly wasnt a conventional interview with usual questions. The entire process of interviewing made sure that every single aspect regarding the interviewee was clearly pinned out in a very sophisticated manner. Every single detail that was said in the resume was thoroughly scrutinized and questions were asked based on the same. The interviewer Abhishek sir made sure that I was comfortable and my true potentials were brought out through the interview process. The interview process was used to make sure my compatibility with the organization. The interview not only gave me confidence to represent myself but also gave me a chance of retrospection.
