I applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview the same day. I had the choice of a pre recorded phone interview or speak to someone the next day. I choose to speak to a person. The call was about 7 minutes behind schedule but went well. She went over the job description, hours, and pay. She asked why I chose to apply at Grifols. She also asked me a couple of work related scenarios and how I would handle them. The phone interview took less than 30 minutes and I was then asked if I would be interested in a 2nd interview via facetime the following day with 2 people from HR. It went much like the first interview. It was 4 days from application to a job offer.
