Interview
First had an over the phone interview which was your typical interview with regularly asked questions. A few days later I got called for an in person interview. I was told to bring a copy of my resume even if I had no prior similar experience, (they said I needed no experience) I showed up for the interview early about 10 minutes but waited for about 30 minutes to be called back. I sat down and there were two people in the room to interview me. It literally felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. The each had a double-sided paper with a list of questions on each side and literally slammed me with each one. By the end of the interview they made it sound like the interview went well and I would get a call with a job offer. I ended up getting an email stating I did not get the job.

Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
