The interview process involved discussion with the hiring team and leadership and case study presentation. The hiring team explained the expectations with the role in detail and was very helpful during the process. The discussion along with the leadership and during the case study presentation was very good.

Interview
I applied for the role of Consultant through Naukri, and Priyanka, the HR, was handling my candidature. She was incredibly proactive in providing feedback and preparing me for what to expect in each interview round, which was very reassuring.
My initial discussions were with Preethi and Nidhi, followed by a case study discussion with Anantha. The entire process was seamless and well-coordinated, and the team made me feel comfortable at every stage. The interviews felt more like engaging conversations rather than formal discussions, which was a refreshing experience.
It’s always a delight to interact with Madhu, who brings so much positivity and energy to the process. Overall, an amazing team, and I hope I get an opportunity to work with them in the future!
