Straightforward interview process with a single interview schduled before a decison is made. The staff and scheduling were all very polite and accomodating and it was a pleasure to speak with them. Still waiting on a decision letter after a week from the interview.

Introduction then portfolio review and questions at the end. Met with two interviewers virtually. Interviewers talked about project types at Gresham Smith and the project types they specifically work on.

The start of the interview: Tell us about yourself
Straight forward with fairly easy questions about experience and capabilities very down to earth and genuine seeming people. Overall good experience with the only complaint being that the process was dragged out for a while
