Greenville County Library interview questions

3 person panel with common interview questions (i.e. tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses). It would be useful to familiarize yourself with situational interview questions (how have you dealt with an upset patron, how would you prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment, how would you tell a patron that what they're asking for is beyond your expertise).

The interview was a panel interview in a conference room. There were 4 interviewers who read off of a list of prepared questions. It was nice and conversational. The interview lasted close to an hour.
