Greenbrook interview questions

It was a virtual interview, then an in-office half day where I was interviewed by 3 members of the team alongside completing a test. The test was a grammar exercise, alongside demonstrating my knowledge of alternatives

A 3-hour long interview with 2 members of senior staff and 1 junior member. I was told that working hours would be incredibly long (averaging 12 hours day) without adequate financial compensation and staff are expected to be on call 24/7 - even weekends! If you value a work-life balance (e.g. as a parent or carer), this company would not be the right fit for you.
