Applied online through a job board. First stage was a telephone interview with the hiring manager discussing my skills and experience. This was followed by a long creative task which had to be done relatively quickly. Finally, there was a face to face interview with the hiring manager and another senior employee. My main concern was that I am not entirely sure what the company wanted with the role. The description varied greatly with the discussions I had with the hiring manager. It seemed that they wanted something completely different as to what was advertised, something that should have been highlighted.
