Graybridge Malkam interview questions

Very unprofessional interview process. I was asked to provide a demo class for beginners while the interviewers pretended to be students. Instead of genuinely engaging, they acted extremely difficult—for example, pretending not to understand the simplest greetings, dismissing any cultural reference, and mocking the lesson. Afterward, they criticized the demo as ‘poorly prepared’ because it didn’t start from ABC, which misses the point of a demo class—it’s supposed to demonstrate teaching methodology, not a literal alphabet lesson. The entire experience felt disrespectful and condescending. It was a waste of time, and it’s no surprise the organization struggles with such a high turnover rate.
