Applied online through my university's career resource center. Was called to schedule a phone interview a week after I applied online. After the 1 on 1 phone interview with the HR manager I had a interview via Skype with district level management who asked the standard questions: Why Graybar? What drives you? When was a time you worked with others to achieve a goal?
Received an offer a few hours after the skype interview.

Vague, confusing, no tour, no shadowing, poor communication. No job description. Only an hour on campus without meeting others. Manager changed once I was hired. Uncaring. Do you homework. Pay attention to glassdoor reviews.
