I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Graybar (New York, NY) in Sep 2012
Interview
A face to face interview process was used. You will usually meet with the Manager of Customer Service, then a supervisor. You will also have to take an IQ test, personality test and a drug test. The interview process is very easy, but always present yourself professionally; dress and act appropriately.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
are you a drug user? have you had any lapse in employment? what was the best thing you liked about your most recent job? etc

I applied online. I interviewed at Graybar (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2024
Interview
Straight forward but lacking some integral questions. The interviewer did not seem like she wanted to be there. It could be because it was a Friday. Experience was all right, could just be a department issue.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Graybar (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2019
Interview
Conversational. Great process. they really care about their salesmen and who represents them. It would help if you were referred by someone within the company. Graybar was inviting and it is a great place to work
