Interviewed at Dunfermline site. Left waiting for 15 minutes. Made to feel awkward, asked personal questions. Hiring manager's phone went off during the interview. Workshop area blasting out music, couldn't hear what was being explained. Complete mismatch of skillset. Asked why I didn't know exactly what the Dunfermline site did when their website doesn't explain?
