Phone call with manager who asked general questions about my experience and qualifications. the phone call was not very long and very to the point. the manager was very kind and seemed to really care about my answers

Did not have a dedicated HR Department initially, Then later set-up, hiring were left to individual team managers, interview process was simple and straight forward, quiet a lot of haggling on salary Package, once accepted the offer letter was issued within 2 days.
