Bit of a strange experience - met the manager, a little bit of background/small talk, then manager told me they didn't have any classic interview questions per se and described a personal philosophy of 'seeing the good in everyone.' Was a little flustered at that, fell down a slightly too personal rabbit hole. Asked for feedback after/with the decision, was told yes, was given the same vague philosophical statement back. At least manager responded quickly (<24h).
