Granite State Communications interview questions

I went in for the interview, took an aptitude test, and spoke to 3 managers. The whole process took 3 hours. They were very arrogant but I realized I didn't have the whole 2 years experience needed but was willing to work very hard. They we looking for someone to fill a desk for long hours and weren't willing to compensate you too well for the level of the position. They're not looking for personal stories, just let them know you're into fitness and you have put yourself in a better spot than most candidates. I know people only post bad experiences on here, but I was turned off to the whole process. Best wishes to the next!
