To be honest with you, there was no formal set of interview questions. The department manager spent a great deal of time talking about the job duties to no end, and then themselves. I barely had time to sell myself. My guess is interviews are not consistent across the board if the manager of each department is interviewing. It seems like there is free range to ask what they deem fit.
