Brief interview process. Very relevant questions and timely follow-up. The Hiring Manager kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Three interview stages and everyone was very straightforward with questions and expectations.

Interview
I applied to one of the job postings Grand Marketing had online. Their HR department contacted me later that day (or maybe the next, I can't remember) and asked me more about resume. They wanted to know what my general career focus was and what I was interested in. I was set up with a preliminary interview and then met with one of the managers. They shared more about the work they do for clients and why they don't list it on the website (client privilege). It was a shorter interview, maybe 20 minutes, and then I was offered a second interview later that night. That one was a lot longer but gave a really good view of the company- better than anything I had read. Granted, it wasn't the hardest interview process, but they were still very thorough.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Grand Marketing (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2012
Interview
I did a first round interview in person with a manager there. It was pretty cool to sit down with the owner of the company, i don't feel like other CEO's would take the time to do that. My second interview was a sit down with the next assistant manager who was progressing pretty fast withing the company
