Most questions are general questions you will get from all job interviews, some of the 1st round questions are kind of redundant, a lot of "how would you do this" without much concise description of a situation. Stalled for 3 weeks after the 2nd interview, clearly has already started with another candidate but want to keep me around as a back up in case they leave with no notice. HR kept a professional attitude and did not ghost, but the delay was very excessive.
