Interview process was overall smooth. Initial convo with manager > zoom meeting > zoom meeting with larger team > final interview. It was easy to connect and communicate with the manager, answered all of my questions and provided strong feedback.
I went through several rounds of interviews, which is appropriate for my job level, and enjoyed the opportunity to meet other members of the team. The process validated our shared values and got me excited to work at GB.
