I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Graduate School USA (Washington, DC) in Sep 2017
Interview
Met with the Director and another Program Specialist of the particular program I applied for. I felt like I blew the interview away and couldn't wait to be part of the team. They got back to me three weeks later to tell me they went with an internal candidate but felt I was still an outstanding candidate, so they offered me a position they felt fit my experience level better. That position ended up being an internship. "Did you even take the time to really look at my resume or listen to all the experience I clearly displayed!" After I pointed this out to them they tried to offer me a position as a Program Manager in their Hawaii office; however, it was only an offer to apply. What a joke! A real waste of time and very disorganized.

Interview
First interview with three people. Did not hear by the deadline but eventually got the call to ask for references emails (online application did not provide a field for emails). Process slower than expected, correspondence arrived at weird times of the day but ultimately was able to agree on terms. Willing to negotiate which is always a plus.
Had one interview with a panel and really enjoyed myself and my future coworkers. Thought I had bombed it at certain points but it was overall good. I was offered the position two weeks later and began working one week after that.
