This interview experience has been both fast-paced and friendly, which immediately instilled confidence in me from the outset. I found the process to be incredibly helpful, and I walked away having gained invaluable insights and learnings. The engaging and approachable nature of the interview not only put me at ease but also allowed for a fruitful exchange of ideas and experiences.
Applied online and was contacted several days later asking to do an on-site interview. The interview was very informal and I was told what tasks I'll be doing. The interviewer directed me to a computer and started explaining to me what I would be doing on the database and through excel and I was then asked to do the same thing after watching her conduct it. Also did a typing test and played a game of sudoku...took several weeks for them to offer the position for me.
