I was emailed about scheduling a phone interview and then didn’t hear a word back until after I had sent follow up emails to only find they had already decided to go with another applicant before even responding to me.
Applied. Had a really quick phone call interview. Came in for an in-person interview. Later had a dry run. Got the internship. Really chill interview. Felt like they were just getting to know me and see if I was a good fit for their company.
